When a customer sends you a selection you get a notification about it via e-mail:

In the settings of the gallery you find the selection under "Selections":

Here you can select the different selections from your customers and their e-mail addresses and messages they have sent with the selection. Below you see the selected images and can either download them or export them to lightroom.
